1. Shipping Fees

1.1 The U.S. and Sweden

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders.

Premium shipping service including free return/exchange is available. The fee will be calculated at checkout and starts at US$ 12.90.

1.2 International

We ship internationally to the United Kingdom, Canada, and most of the EU countries. We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders.

Premium shipping service options and rates are calculated at checkout.

1.3 Digital/Printable Products

For digital/printable products, download links will be available upon purchase, no physical product will be shipped (although you will be asked to fill in the shipping address as the system requires).

1.4 VAT and Customs Duty

Please note that local taxes and other fees, such as customs, may occur when shipping outside the EU. The customer is responsible for handling these costs.

For orders placed within the EU, VAT may be applied at checkout.

2. Delivery Terms

2.1 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of the order.

Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

2.2 Estimate Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time depends on the corner of the world you live in. 

Variations may occur but we aim to get all packages delivered within two weeks from placing the order.

Standard Shipping

The EU: 2-7 business days

The U.K.: 2-7 business days

The U.S.: 3-8 business days

Canada: 5-10 business days

Rest of the world: 5-15 business days

Express Shipping

The EU: 1-3 business days

The U.K.: 1-3 business days

The U.S.: 2-6 business days

Canada: 3-8 business days

2.3 Change of delivery address

For a change of delivery address request, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

However, parcels that are redelivered to us due to an incorrect address may occur a US$ 10 return to sender fee, so please ensure the correct postal address is entered at checkout.

2.4  Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.

2.5 Tracking The Delivery

You can track your order by using the tracking link in the email and/or SMS from the shipping company.

3. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations within 6 hours after you place the order (excluding digital downloads).

If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

4. Returns

We understand choosing a perfect pregnancy diary can be a difficult task, sometimes you just want to feel it first.

That's why we offer premium shipping services where free return within 90 days is included for your peace of mind.

Try our mindful pregnancy journal for couples for 90 days and if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support at support@frejac.com with your order number and we’ll issue you a return label for shipping the product back to us for a full refund of the purchase price.

If the product was damaged during transport, please contact our support so we can arrange a new order for you ASAP.

For standard orders, a 30-day return policy applies (excluding digital downloads), although we regrettably do not cover the cost of return postage. 

As we do our best to ease your mind, we would love you to do so for us too. Therefore we would like you to ensure the items should be returned in the original packaging, unused and in the resell-able condition in order to be accepted.
