My suggestion is to prepare the fruits in advance, so that you can make your bowl any time, in a short while, especially if you want to have it for breakfast and the time is tight in the morning! You can pre slice and freeze the fruit and then put them into freezer bags, ready to be used.

Start with pouring the liquid in the blender and then add the fruits: this helps the blades to work better, keep blending till you reach a thick consistency.

Pour the now thick liquid in a bowl and finish the dish by adding blueberry and granola on top of it! If you don't have blueberries feel free to add the fruits you have readily available at home!

I hope these 2 pregnancy recipes were useful for you!
